Business Transformation Programme™

Lean On Me Associates Ltd Business Transformation Programme™ is 12-month support package* using Lean Methodology and a powerhouse of lean tools used appropriately, at the right time in the right place to reduce waste, increase productivity and create value for your customer 

The programme is delivered through a series of workshops in months 1 and 2, including training and certification options in Lean Six-Sigma, followed up with 10 months of lean coaching and support to embed changes. The programme is structured to: 

1. Define and develop a strategy for your organisation, establishing its Mission, Vision and Values, with the customer at the heart of everything it does. 

2. Set Goals and 3-5 year business objectives, ensuring they’re aligned to the Mission and Vision. Develop annual objectives, set and agree targets for year 1.

3. Problem Solve to understand current state, root causes to why the business is not operating as efficiently as it could be and to why goals are currently not being met.

4. Plan the future state and develop workstreams, new ways of working, tests of change and quick wins aligned to the agreed annual objectives and targets set. 

5. Execute a series of quick wins and implement new ways of working, having used phase one (steps 1-4) to create a solid foundation to transform the business.

6. Review progress every month with KPI monitoring, control plans and sustainability plans in place to ensure targets are being met. In addition, end of year review to revisit the 3-5 year strategy, set and agree plans for year 2.

Performing these six simple steps over three phases; Establish (steps 1-4), Transform (step 5) and Sustain (step 6), will deliver demonstrable and tangible results, embedding new ways of working to maximise your businesses capabilities, reducing waste in your processes, reducing costs, increasing productivity and growing your business to create the ultimate value for your customers.
